Al-Nisha Foundation is a non-profit and non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting less privileged families and improving their health, safety, and wellbeing.
Established on 28th June 2016, the foundation was co-founded by Tasneem Fatma, Kisto Kr Gupta, and other like-minded individuals who shared a common vision of uplifting marginalized communities.
Our primary objective is to address the socio-economic problems affecting Women, Children, Senior Citizens, and other Marginalized communities. We work tirelessly to bridge gaps in access to education, healthcare, and essential services that these vulnerable groups often struggle to obtain.

Foundation Established
Al-Nisha Foundation was officially established on 28 June 2016 by Tasneem Fatma, Kisto Kr Gupta, and other like-minded individuals.
Programmes Launched
Launched women empowerment, child care, and community development programmes.

Expanded outreach to multiple communities with health camps and education support.
Institute Established
Al-Nisha Technical Institute and Edu Smart Coaching Centre were established.
COVID-19 Response
Mobilized emergency relief for daily wage workers, migrant workers, and vulnerable families.
Schools Founded
Aness Public School established in Champdani; Al-Nisa Public School planned for Topsia.
Growth & Impact

Welcome to our NGO, where compassion, dignity, and service form the foundation of
everything we do. Our organization was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to create
a society where every woman is empowered, every child is nurtured, and every senior citizen
is respected and cared for.
We believe that women are the backbone of strong families and thriving communities. By
promoting education, skill development, health awareness, and economic independence, we
strive to empower women to lead with confidence and dignity.
Children are the foundation of our future. We are committed to ensuring that every child has
access to love, care, education, healthcare, and opportunities that help them grow into
responsible and compassionate individuals.
Our senior citizens have devoted their lives to building our families and society. They
deserve respect, care, companionship, and security. Through our initiatives, we aim to
enhance their quality of life and ensure they age with dignity and happiness.

As we complete ten years of service, I look back with humility and gratitude at the remarkable journey that began on 28 June 2016. What started as a shared dream has grown into a movement of compassion ??? touching the lives of women, children, senior citizens, and countless families across our communities.
Over these ten years, our work has revolved around women's empowerment, child care and education, and the respectful care of our elders. Through skill development, vocational training, livelihood and employment support, education and healthcare initiatives, and community-based programmes, we have tried to give people not just help, but hope ??? and the ability to stand on their own feet with dignity and confidence.
None of this would have been possible without our volunteers who give their time and energy, our donors who trust us with their generosity, our partners who walk with us shoulder to shoulder, and every well-wisher who believes in our mission. To each of you, I express my deepest gratitude.
Ten years is a milestone, but it is not the destination. It is the beginning of a stronger and more purposeful journey. We remain committed to serving more families, empowering more women, protecting more children, and caring for more of our elders ??? with the same honesty, transparency, and love that have guided us since day one.
